Shipment Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email or by logging in to your account on nnekarose.com

Shipping Methods

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 in the U.S and Canada.

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

  • Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce
  • Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS
  • Express - Order by Noon EST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
  • Priority - Order by Noon EST. Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note, transit times will vary.

Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

Changing Shipping Addresses

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

We know carrier issues and delays can happen, if you have not received your order by the 3rd business day after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please contact [email protected] or [email protected] for assistance.

We find that carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will deliver within the next three business days. If after 3 business days, you have still not located your delivery, and you have checked the surrounding delivery address, we will coordinate the refund of your order to the original payment method for re-ordering.

Note: Nneka Rose is not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and requires that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
